  • All vendor payments are nonrefundable. Please note that this is an application-based process—once you’re accepted, we reserve your spot and may turn away other interested vendors our attendees would love to meet. Your dedication and commitment to attending and being present for the entire festival weekend is truly valued and helps us create an amazing experience for all.
  • Please read the vendor agreement thoroughly. Purchasing a vending package means you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions.
  • Food and beverage vendors must secure all necessary licenses and permits from the Health Department before the festival.
  • While we love sharing about our vendors and healers, dedicated media mentions and highlights are reserved for those who purchase a Sponsorship Upgrade or higher.
