A three-month mentorship experience for wellness entrepreneurs who are ready to grow their leadership, expand their impact, and build a successful business without sacrificing their health, integrity, or connection to themselves.

This mastermind is for yoga teachers, wellness practitioners, sound healers, retreat leaders, and those already immersed in the wellness world who feel called to create something bigger. Whether that is retreats, festivals, large-scale events, workshops, or a more expansive version of your existing business, you’ll be supported by someone who has spent more than 20 years living, teaching, and leading within the wellness space.

This work is about finding the place where business and embodiment meet. You do not have to disconnect from your body, abandon your spiritual practices, or become someone you are not in order to make money. Together, we’ll demystify the business side of the wellness world while helping you strengthen your voice, connect with the right clients, lead with confidence, and create experiences that feel authentic to you.

From September through November, you’ll receive:

* Biweekly group mastermind calls on Zoom

* One-on-one coaching with Beth on the alternating weeks * Private group support throughout the program

* Homework videos and practices to deepen the work between sessions

* Meditations and somatic experiences to support integration

Meetings take place midday Monday through Thursday, with the group choosing a time that works best together.

By the end of these three months, the goal is for you to feel more confident in the way you show up, clearer in the direction of your business, and equipped with practical tools to create income, attract aligned clients, and lead meaningful experiences while staying rooted in your values and feeling good in your body.

This is not about choosing between being good at business and being deeply connected to yourself. It is about learning how to hold both.
