UNTAMED 2.0 — Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket to UNTAMED 2.0, you ("Participant") agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Nature of Services
UNTAMED 2.0 is an educational and experiential event designed to provide support, inspiration, and tools for personal and business growth. This event is not therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice. The content shared is for informational and educational purposes only.
2. No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to providing a high-quality, transformative experience, results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your own effort, implementation, and unique circumstances. Testimonials or examples shared are not promises of what you will achieve. By attending, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.
3. Transportation & Lodging
Transportation: Participants are responsible for arranging and paying for their own transportation to and from the event location, including any off-site activities (such as the Palm Springs evening portion). This includes flights, rideshares, car rentals, and any other travel.
Lodging: Unless you have purchased a VIP ticket (which includes lodging at the house), you are responsible for securing and paying for your own accommodations. A list of nearby hotel recommendations may be provided but is not guaranteed.
4. Assumption of Risk
Participation in UNTAMED 2.0, including yoga, breathwork, movement, and other activities, is voluntary. You acknowledge that physical and emotional activities carry inherent risks. By attending, you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages—known or unknown—that may arise from your participation. You agree to consult with a physician or healthcare provider before participating in any physical activities if you have any health concerns.
5. Photo & Video Release
By attending, you grant permission for your image, likeness, and voice to be captured in photographs, videos, or audio recordings during the event. These materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes without compensation to you. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
6. Confidentiality
What is shared in the container stays in the container. You agree to keep all personal stories, experiences, and information shared by other participants confidential. You may share your own experience and general learnings, but not the private details of others.
7. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Participants agree to:
Treat all attendees, facilitators, and staff with respect and kindness
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
Participate with an open mind and heart
We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or harmful, without refund.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. Due to the intimate nature of this event and limited capacity, refunds are not available.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with prior written approval. Please contact us at [YOUR EMAIL] to request a transfer.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify [YOUR BUSINESS NAME], its owners, facilitators, staff, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your participation in UNTAMED 2.0. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, or dissatisfaction with the event or its outcomes.
10. Health & Wellness Disclaimer
The practices offered at this event (including yoga, breathwork, somatic exercises, and coaching) are intended to support your well-being but are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional or have a medical condition, please consult with your provider before attending. You are responsible for your own physical and emotional well-being during the event.
11. Changes to the Event
We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, content, location, or facilitators as needed. While we will make every effort to communicate changes in advance, we are not liable for any inconvenience caused by such changes.
12. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

UNTAMED 2.0 — Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
Due to the intimate nature of this event, limited capacity, and the resources required to hold your spot, we do not offer refunds for any reason—including (but not limited to) change of mind, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or personal circumstances.
Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person with prior written approval. Please contact us at hello@barefootandfreeyoga.com at least 14 days before the event to request a transfer.
Event Cancellation by Host: In the rare event that we must cancel UNTAMED 2.0, you will be offered a full refund or the option to apply your payment toward a future event.
